1. Shipping within Germany

  • Shipping costs: Free shipping within Germany, for orders over 99 euro.
  • Shipping partner: DHL – insured parcel with tracking number.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after receipt of payment, if the product is in stock.
  • Delivery: Direct delivery to the specified address. If you are not available at delivery, DHL will leave a notification and you can collect your parcel within 7 days at the nearest post office.

2. Shipping within the European Union

  • Shipping costs: Flat rate €13.90.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on the destination country).
  • Shipping partner: DHL or an equivalent logistics provider with shipment tracking.

3. Shipping outside the European Union (Worldwide)

  • Shipping costs: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days depending on country and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties & taxes: Any customs duties or import taxes are to be paid by the recipient. StatusLux has no control over these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

4. Product Availability & Delivery Times

The estimated delivery status is displayed on each product page:

  • In stock: Ships within 1 business day after payment.
  • Available from supplier: Ships within 1–2 weeks.
  • Pre-order / expected: Ships as soon as available (estimated times indicated on product page).

If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified immediately by email.

5. Order & Shipping Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is completed.
  • As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the DHL tracking number.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please see our separate Withdrawal Policy for full details.

Returns within Germany

  • Returns are free of charge.
  • Please request your DHL return label via email: fedeya@fedeya.com.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

Returns within the EU

  • Return costs are covered by the buyer.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and checking the returned goods.

Returns from Non-EU Countries

  • The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • Customs or import fees cannot be refunded.

7. Non-Acceptance or Refusal of Delivery

If a shipment is refused or not collected without valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return shipping costs from the refund. Average cost rates are:

  • Germany: €9.95
  • EU: €19.95
  • Outside the EU: €39.95
